Yuko grew up in Japan and built her real estate career in the U.S. After purchasing a home in Japan herself, she understood how much context and coordination overseas buyers can need.
She founded Akiya Locations to provide a personal point of contact who explains the process, keeps communication moving, and helps organize the next steps.
Her approach draws on more than a decade of U.S. real estate experience and firsthand purchases in both countries.
